You put in the work. We build the structure.

My name is Braeden MacPhee and I have played 4 seasons with the Halifax Mooseheads and playing my first year with the UNB Reds.

I help hockey players build structure in their training and mindset through small-group development and mentorship.

Routine over motivation. Consistency over hype.

The Set Up

Off-Ice Shooting Area

A long sheet of synthetic ice with a tarp. Perfect spot to break down skills at a slow pace, develop the base and keep adding speed. With over 100 pucks, targets and stick handling obstacles. A perfect spot to grow your off ice skill.

Gym

Inside the gym there is everything a player needs to get stronger. Dumbbells up to 90 pounds, barbell rack, Bulgarian split squat stand, exercise bike, weight machine, trap bar, agility ladder, medicine balls, bosu, skater slide board, rollers, yoga mat and more!

Recovery Area

Recovery area is what will allow us to train players hard. With access to the sauna, cold tub and hot tub, players will be able to boost their recovery with these tools.

Hill

A perfect size hill to work on speed for players. The hill creates more muscle engagement and is easier on the players joints.

Basketball Area

We are not just building hockey players, I want to build athletes. Having a spot to just loosen up and play basketball with the group before or after workout session.

Smoothie Bar

Every Friday, each player in the advanced group will get their own personal smoothie or healthy ice cream post workout. Full of whatever the player wants inside.

BraeMac Mentorship

BraeMac Mentorship

Mentorship is for players who want guidance beyond the rink.

We work on mindset, confidence, handling pressure, leadership, and learning how to navigate the ups and downs that come with hockey. It’s a space for honest conversations, reflection, and building mental routines that support performance.

This is for players who want someone in their corner, someone who’s been through it and understands the process.

Why I started BraeMac Coaching

I started BraeMac Coaching because, as a player, I didn’t fully understand what it actually took to be successful.

I worked hard, but I didn’t always have structure. I didn’t always know how to train, how to prepare, or how to stay consistent when things got hard. A lot of it was guessing, reacting, and trying to figure things out on my own.

Looking back, I wish I had someone who had already accomplished the goal I was chasing, someone who could give me clear structure, honest guidance, and a routine to follow day after day.

That’s what BraeMac Coaching is built on.

My goal is to give players the structure I didn’t have: how to train properly, how to build routines, how to handle the mental side of the game, and how to stay consistent over time. Not just to get better this week, but to develop habits that actually last.

This isn’t about shortcuts or hype. It’s about doing the work with a clear plan and the right support!
